The Challenge: Generating video with AI isn't instant; it's an asynchronous process that can take anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes to complete.

The Solution: I engineered a sophisticated polling mechanism within n8n. This system intelligently "waits" for the video generation API to finish processing without overwhelming the service with too many requests. Once the video is ready, it's automatically delivered back to the original Slack thread, providing a smooth and efficient experience for the user.
